According to the art. 6 act 1§ a) Lawfulness of processing 2016/679 of GDPR, we inform as follows:

 

  1. The administrator of personal data is Mass Project Sp. z o.o., having its principal place of business at Srebrna 4,  95-073 Orla, Poland, VAT Reg. No.: 732-219-75-49, REGON No.: 384419201, phone: +48531967795, e-mail: massproject.office@gmail.com, the owner of website www.massproject.net

  2. Personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose in which it was determined i.e. with the aim of presenting sales proposal. Entering personal data is voluntary. The refusal to do so, makes it impossible for us to present the sales proposal.

  3. Personal data may be made available to subjects cooperating with the administrator solely with the purpose for which it was collected. The recipients of personal data are, among others, entities providing IT, marketing, consulting, legal and courier services to the data controller.

  4. Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed by the administrator until its cancellation, and   in the case of concluding the contract, until its performance and the expiry of the rights of the customer                   in connection with its conclusion.

  5. You have the right to demand an access to your personal data and its rectification, to remove and limit processing data or refuse to be a subject of profiling as well as the right to export your data.

  6. The consent to process collected personal data can be withdrawn at any time.

  7. Person whose data is collected has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory institution.

  8. The provided personal data will be automatically profiled. You have the right not to be subject to such profiling.

The cookie policy on website www.massproject.net

Mass Project Sp. z o.o. having its principal place of business at Srebrna 4, 95-073 Orla, Poland with VAT Reg. No.: 7322197549 and REGON No.: 384419201 informs that in order to ensure accurate access to the website short pieces of information (hereinafter called “cookies”) are placed on a User's computer. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. to create statistics which help to understand in what way websites are used, which enables improving their structure and content;

  2. to determine User's profile in order to display personalised material in advertising network, especially on Google.

Within the confines of the Service, two types of cookies are used: session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on a User's device until a User logs out, leaves the website or closing the web browser.
